Job Description

• Job Summary: The job holder is responsible to plan, organize, lead, and control the banking activities of a branch office. S/he ensures that operating procedures, rules, regulations and code of practices of the bank are adhered to by subordinates. The jobholder leads the branch sales and customer service initiatives and guides branch operational excellence. S/ he prepares and submits annual budget, operational plan and activity and progress reports.

Job Requirement

• Qualification & Experience: BA Degree in Accounting, Economics, Business Administration plus a minimum eleven (11) years' experience in the banking sector, three (3) of which is at supervisory role.
