Our client is seeking a talented Full Stack Developer (Lead Developer) with a strong focus on mobile application development. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in full-stack development and proven leadership abilities. Key Responsibilities

Job Requirements
Qualifications
Experience: Minimum of 3 years in full-stack development with a focus on mobile applications and proven leadership capabilities.
Technical Skills:
Mobile Development: Proficiency in frameworks such as React Native or Flutter for building mobile applications.
Front-End: Strong skills in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Back-End: Solid knowledge of technologies like Node.js, Python, Ruby, or Java.
Databases: Experience with MySQL, MongoDB, or PostgreSQL.
Version Control: Familiarity with Git for effective collaboration.
Leadership Skills:
Ability to motivate and manage a team, resolve conflicts, and promote a collaborative environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
