Job Description
• Oversee all aspects of the Human Resource and General Service department activities
• Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and addressing workplace issues.
• Administer employee benefits programs and oversee payroll processing.
• Coordinate and conduct employee training and development initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, staying updated on changes.
• Handle confidential employee information and maintain data accuracy.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the HR team.
• Participate in strategic HR planning and support the achievement of organizational goals.
• Bachelor's degree in Management, Human Resource Management, or a related field. Master's degree or HR certification is a plus.
• Proven experience in HR management, with a minimum of 8 - 10 years in a similar role
• Thorough knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Good knowledge of HR software and systems.
