The main responsibility will be to lead and oversee projects to ensure their timely and successful completion within scope and budget. You will collaborate with consultants and designers, manage project budgets, act as the primary contact for clients, and identify potential risks while developing mitigation strategies.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Lead and manage projects to ensure on-time delivery within scope and budget

• Collaborate with consultants and designers to meet required standards

• Develop and oversee project budgets, monitor expenses, maintain quality, and meet client expectations

• Act as the main point of contact for clients, consultants, and stakeholders

• Identify potential risks and develop strategies for successful project completion

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in construction technology & management or Civil engineering

Experience:

• Minimum of 12 years' experience for BSC and 10 years for MSC with at least 7 years as a project manager in large-scale building projects.

Skills:

• Extensive knowledge of building construction process from design to completion 

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage & motivate teams 

• Proven track record of delivering projects on time & within budget 

• Knowledge of recent planning, design and other construction software’s
