Job Requirements
Qualification
BA Degree in Accounting and Finance from recognized university
Experience
Main Duties and responsibility
Keep Financial Record update and ensure accurate application of a Company’s monetary Polices
Analyses financial information and summarize financial status
Compiles Financial Reports, Provides analysis and offers financial advice to senior members of the company.
Monitor and ensure compliance with tax laws and regulation.
Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statement, Retained earnings statement and cash flow statements
Responsible for requesting and taking all vender creations and updates through Accounts payable supplier.
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
Requirement
5 years and above work experience out of which 3 years on senior position
Experience in Real-estate sector or construction company is mandatory
