Position: Specialist: Business Intelligence (Power BI)

Design, develop, and maintain business intelligence solutions, support data analytics platforms, and conduct unit testing and troubleshooting. As an ideal candidate.
Duties and Responsibilities
Develop, maintain, and support ETL processes using tools such as Microsoft SSIS
Create reports and extracts from Oracle Database and other disparate data sources.
Create outstanding Dashboards and Reports using Power BI and other BI tools.
Develop high availability and highly scalable reports.
Ensure reports are released properly, and each release is documented
Translate business requirements and problems into innovative technical solutions
Participate in user research and usability testing to help improve the user experience
Create and maintain unit and functional tests
Job Requirement
Core competencies, knowledge, and experience:
Proven experience as a BI Developer
Industry experience is preferred.
Background in data warehouse design (e.g., dimensional modeling) and data mining
In-depth understanding of database management systems, online analytical processing (OLAP), and ETL (Extract, transform, load) framework.
Familiarity with BI technologies (e.g., Microsoft Power BI, Oracle BI)
Knowledge of SQL queries, SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) and SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS)
Proven abilities to take initiative and be innovative
Analytical mind with a problem-solving aptitude
BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering, or a relevant field
