Job Description
Under the general supervision of the OPD head, the incumbent guides the client to the reception/cashier, the examination and consultation rooms and supports clients to the right service corners.
Duties and Task
Assists clients in directing to registration and triage (screening, etc.) services;
Guides clients to examination rooms, delivery, laboratory, etc. Services;
Provides support to needy clients in use of lift and wheelchair;
Places client medical cards to its proper folder in card rooms;
Assists in facilitating clients queue at registration, triage, examination, laboratory, etc.;
Keeps confidentiality of any medical records of clients;
Performs related duties as required by OPD Head

Qualification Requirements
Education:
10+2 certificate
Experience
Three months on-the-job training
Skill Attitudes and Attributes
Courteous and patient
Concern for clients
Strong commitment to the goals and ideals of MSIE
Strong desire and Commitment for helping clients
