Position: Chief Engineer
Job Requirements:
Qualifications:
BSc Degree in Mechanical Engineering with demonstrated five years experience
Advanced knowledge of building management/engineering
Experience in Managerial/Supervisory role
Strong work ethic and a desire to succeed
Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities, Preferably to have experience in installing and troubleshooting electrical switches, operating boilers and HVAC units, including drywall repair, plumbing repairs, etc
Ability to work under pressure
Number Required: 1 (One)
