Key Responsibilities
Lead and oversee interior design projects from concept to completion, ensuring alignment with client vision and project goals.
Collaborate with architects, developers, and clients to develop innovative design concepts and solutions.
Prepare detailed design presentations, including mood boards, materials, and color palettes.
Conduct site visits to assess project progress and provide design guidance.
Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers, fostering a collaborative team environment.
Able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines efficiently
Job Requirements
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Architecture, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in interior design, preferably within the real estate sector.
Proficient in industry-standard design software, working knowledge important for interior design like 3DMax, Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Sketch up, and Rendering Software required.
Strong understanding of design principles, building codes, and regulations.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with a talent for articulating design concepts.
A keen eye for detail, creativity, and a passion for innovative design solutions.
Able to build good relationships at all levels, internally and externally
