Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Marketing Manager. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing and executing strategic marketing plans for an entire corporate company in order to attract potential customers and retain existing ones. She or he will be responsible for working with the CEO to determine key business targets including determining pricing strategies for products and services. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of marketing principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to think outside the box.
Developing and implement marketing initiatives and strategies to direct the company toward growth
Oversee all marketing campaigns for the company
Promote business, product, or service
Ensure the company is communicating the right messaging to attract prospective customers and retain existing ones
Updating the CEO on the progress of marketing activities and reporting on the results
Manage and coordinate marketing and creative staff
Lead market research efforts to uncover the viability of current and existing products/services
Collaborate with media organizations and advertising agencies
Monitor growth goals, ensure staff meets deadlines, deliver results, and complete necessary tasks
Analyze data to evaluate the success of the marketing efforts and come up with new ideas to improve the company’s growth aspiration
Knowledge of market research practices and techniques
Knowledgeable on principles, practices and techniques of marketing strategies
Experience analyzing data
Budget and cost analysis experience
Intimate understanding of traditional and emerging marketing channels
Excellent communication skills
Ability to think creatively and innovatively
Project management experience
Professional judgment and discretion that comes from years of experience in the field
Analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges
Proficient computer skills - familiarity with the latest trends, technologies and methodologies
MA/ BA Degree in Economics, marketing, Business Management and other relevant field.
Minimum of 15 years of professional experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
In-depth knowledge of marketing principles, techniques, and best practices.
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to inform strategic decisions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in marketing software and tools.
Creative problem-solving and innovative thinking skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
