Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Special Needs Education, Social Work, Community Development or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties & Responsibilities: - Support the establishment and operationalization of disability inclusive Accelerated Learning Program (ALP) centers in target kebeles. - Conduct community sensitization sessions to promote the right to education for children with disabilities. - Organize and deliver basic training and ongoing coaching for ALP facilitators and school staff on inclusive education and disability awareness. - Collect accurate, disaggregated data on learners (age, gender, disability, and location). - Ensure that all project activities comply with ECDD’s Code of Conduct, Child and Adult at Risk Safeguarding Policy, and PSEA (Prevention of Sexual Exploitation and Abuse) Policies.

Duties and Responsibilities: - Lead the design and implementation of inclusive livelihood interventions, ensuring accessibility for youths with disabilities across all program components. - Oversee the establishment of income-generating activities (IGAs) groups. - Ensure that training curricula, tools, and delivery methods are disability-inclusive and aligned with national frameworks and market needs.

PhD or Master's Degree in Agricultural Economics, Agribusiness and Value Chain Management, Economics, Public Policy, Development Economics or in a related field of study with relevant work experience, out of which 6 years in the areas of leadership and policy analysis, involving agricultural inputs and/or private sector engagement in agriculture. Duties and Responsibilities: - Under direction of the Policy Study and Food Systems Director, oversee comprehensive assessments to inform agenda setting and identify priority issues within the agricultural sector, emphasizing the role of the private sector in agriculture and agricultural inputs. -Coordinate and participate in joint planning workshops with both public and private stakeholders focused on policy issues, ensuring that input supply chains are effectively integrated into policy dialogues.
