Job Description
Manage, coordinate and implement all alumni relation programs
Maintain the alumni database and ensure data accuracy by updating records, inputting new information, and running reports as needed
Maintains orderly and accurate Alumni records
Coordinate logistics for alumni events, including venue selection, catering arrangements, registration management, and on-site support
Prepare and distribute communications to alumni, including event invitations, newsletters, and other announcements
Assist in the recruitment and training of alumni volunteers and student workers to support departmental initiatives
Collaborate with colleagues across departments to ensure effective communication and coordination of alumni-related activities
Ensures effective coordination with internal teams related to Alumni Relations
Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall mission and goals of the alumni relations
Work closely with the academic dean during any events
Coordinate and support high school graduation and alumni programs
Event Management
Provide comprehensive coordination, implementation, and oversight of Lebawi events
Proofread and edit material for grammatical and factual accuracy
Draft, proofread and post contents to parent and faculty communication platforms
Capture pictures, videos and other media contents of all Lebawi events/programs
Establishes and maintains professional relationships with internal and external contacts
Provide administrative support to the Admissions and Communications Manager
May perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications and Skills:
1. Bachelor’s degree in any social sciences or related fields
2. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneously
3. Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
5. Proficiency in English Language spoken and written is a must
6. High ethical standards, integrity, uprightness and the ability to uphold and enforce school policies and regulations
7. Creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail
