Job Description
Oversee the fixed asset life cycle, including acquisition, tracking, depreciation, and disposal.
Prepare and maintain accurate fixed asset records in the fixed asset system.
Conduct regular audits of fixed assets to ensure accuracy and integrity of data.
Assist in the development and implementation of fixed asset management policies and procedures.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support capital budgeting and asset planning.
Provide training and support to staff regarding fixed asset processes and reporting.
Prepare reports and analysis on fixed asset performance for management review.
Assist manager with the preparation and review the fixed asset reports on monthly quarterly, and annual basis
Bachelor’s degree in Purchase and supply management, or Material management or Management or related field.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in fixed asset management, specifically in vehicle management is preferable
Proficient in fixed asset software and Microsoft Excel.
In depth knowledge of the vehicle / automotive parts
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
