Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Oversee the fixed asset life cycle, including acquisition, tracking, depreciation, and disposal.

  • Prepare and maintain accurate fixed asset records in the fixed asset system.

  • Conduct regular audits of fixed assets to ensure accuracy and integrity of data.

  • Assist in the development and implementation of fixed asset management policies and procedures.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support capital budgeting and asset planning.

  • Provide training and support to staff regarding fixed asset processes and reporting.

  • Prepare reports and analysis on fixed asset performance for management review.

  • Assist manager with the preparation and review the fixed asset reports on monthly quarterly, and annual basis

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in  Purchase and supply management, or Material management or Management or related field.

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in fixed asset management, specifically in vehicle management is preferable 

  • Proficient in fixed asset  software and Microsoft Excel.

  • In depth knowledge of the vehicle / automotive parts

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. 

  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

  • Ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
