Job Requirement
Qualification: MBA/MA Degree in Management, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Finance, Business Leadership, Marketing Management, or related Fields with 8 years’ Bank Experience of which at least 3 years in a managerial/leadership position.
Experience in serving as a trainer in areas such as Customer Accounts Operations, Loan Processing/Credit Management, Customer Relationship Management, Interest-Free Banking, Core Banking System Operations, digital banking operations, Trade Services, Operational Compliance, and related areas is advantageous. If the Trainer has experience in the area he/she needs to attach it for references.
Job Grade: XIV
