Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Business, Management or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties & Responsibilities: - Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs to extend machinery life and minimize repair costs. - Stay informed of new technologies and equipment that can improve production efficiency and quality. - Lead and motivate a team of production employees, including supervisors, machine operators, and quality control personnel. - Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge related to production processes, safety procedures, and quality standards. - Ensure a safe and healthy work environment for all factory personnel by adhering to safety regulations and protocols.
