The supply chain capability manager is responsible for the planning, delivery management, reporting & process management, to ensure excellence in executing key learning programs (e.g. technical, legislative and safety) and accurate reporting on those programs.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Plans, organizes, lead and supervises all the supply chain capability functions of the company

• Performs Training Needs Analyses (TNA) for the impacted users' groups to understand the training scope and requirement

• Coordinates the scheduled and on demand trainings and orientations functions in consultation with people management department.

• Prepares training schedules and budget

• Ensures the existence of up-to-date training materials and learning aids

• Designs alternative capacity development strategies and implements (like online training

• Strictly follows the needed capacity development trainings and orientations are properly implemented in the company

• Partners with learning and development team to create quarterly talent causation and training needs

• Strictly conducts training impact assessment regularly and forwards strategies based on the findings

• Prepares capacity development performance reports regularly

• Performs other similar tasks as assigned by the Supply Chain Director
