Job Description

Sales Capability Manager is responsible to design a program for the development of the Sale Team’s capability through training, on-job-training, coaching, mentorship and other mechanics to have a highly successful, agile and motivated sales force to win in the market.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Designs ways of working for each teams within the sales function in close collaboration with other managers and directors of the company

  • Develops and continuously improve the field sales management processes of the company to be effective in the highly dynamic and competitive environment

  • Develops an annual specific training plan for both front line managers and sales representatives

  • Implements a well-designed sales capability development program across the whole sales team

  • Involves in coaching and mentorship of the sales team through in-house and outsource capabilities

  • Supports business growth and execution scores through training and people development initiatives

  • Mentors first line managers and actively assist in developing talent

  • Works closely with the functional managers to set up and implement a structured on boarding process for new sales representatives

  • Continuous monitoring of the impact of the capability development programs through KPI measurement

  • Jointly execute field work and regularly audit the field sales team to ensure perfect execution and implementation of post-classroom training in the market.

  • Develop and implement annual training budgets

  • Design and develop training materials, manuals

  • Performs other similar tasks as assigned by the national sales manager.

  1. Academic    requirement:   MA/MSC/BA/BSC    in Marketing    Management/    Sales

    Management or related fields of study

    1. Work experience: 6/8yrs of experience in sales management in Beverage Industries.

    2. Additional Competencies:

      • Emotional maturity

      • Strong influencing and persuasion ability

      • Strong decision-making skills

      • Strong customer orientation

      • Computer literate in especially business applications
