Job Description

Moyee, Tega Tula group is committed to uncompromising quality in all aspects of coffee cultivation, harvesting and processing from its 3 coffee farms and 3 washing stations that are climate-smart and sustainable. 

Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Lodge Manager to oversee the operations of our lodge. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction, managing staff, and maintaining the facility & overall quality and safety.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Guest Services: Ensure exceptional guest experiences by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and managing bookings.

  • Inventor Management: Ensure the lodge is stocked with necessary operational items and take record of the consumption during guests’ departure.

  • Operational Oversight: Oversee daily operations, including housekeeping, maintenance, and food services, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

  • Financial Management: Monitor budgets, manage expenses, and prepare financial reports to ensure profitability.

  • Facility Maintenance: Ensure the lodge and its amenities are well-maintained and meet safety standards.

  • Guest Relations: Build and maintain relationships with guests, encouraging repeat visits and referrals.

Job Requirements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.

  • Previous experience in lodge or hotel management.

  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

  • Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
