Job Description

Purpose of the Job: To ensure that there is appropriate support to system analysis, design, and development, and to interface and customize software packages as per the Bank’s requirement.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Follow up the functional and technical integrity of enterprise applications and implement solutions

  • Participate in enterprise application upgrades, and provide workarounds whenever necessary

  • Undertakes system feasibility studies

  • Participate in the system design, system analysis, and development activities

  • Customizes and tests software packages

  • Handle integration of T24 system with 3rd arty and other internal systems

  • Design logic for individual programs or programming systems

  • Create test plans, test cases, test scripts and perform technical unit testing

Specific Functions:

  • Work with existing systems to track and manage Change requests and user issues.

  • Perform root cause analysis for recurring incidents, design and execute test plans.

  • Handle incidents, events and problems as per the Bank’s Policy and approved

  • Standards/frameworks.

  • Organizes and prepares software documentation.

  • Prepares project status report

  • Conducts on-the-job training gives guidance for application analyst, IT Officers & Users

  • Perform other related duties given by the supervisor

Job Requirement:

  • Qualification: BSc in Computer Science, Information Technology or any other related fields.

  • Experience: Five/5 years of relevant Banking experience of which One/2 years on officer position.
