Job Description
The role involves planning, and implementing an efficient Co2 Filling, distribution and proper sales to POS through agents to avoid any stoke out situations and facilitate the maximum sales of Draft in outlets. The job involves a fair amount of facts and situations of diagnosing innovative ways to maximize sales and market share, and handle customer complaints which require basic level analysis, interpretation, and comparison of a range of options and decisions, Problem Solving. Communication is within and/ or outside the company. i.e., sales manager, draft technic team of the company, customers, etc.This is the communication part where there is active situation to communicate with top management, clients, suppliers, government officials etc. The role also has a physical effort which are normally obtained using some tools and types of equipment. There is also a need for a Mental Effort concentration to deal with technical issues and performance of equipment.
Receiving and forwarding concerned team on issues like cleaning, Co2 delivery, product delivery, or any other issues related company’s activities.
Record the detail job done by technician for each customer’s request by outlet, consumption of spares and maintenance.
Obtaining and evaluating all relevant information from customer to handle service inquiries.
Recording incoming Equipment for technical services with detail information (type of Equipment, Asset No., Outlet name, type of defect, brought by, return voucher no. and task assigned person name
Receiving and recording equipment installation contract agreement & Store issue voucher and assigned person for the installation
Receiving and recording equipment Return format and assigned person for the task
Prepare and submit periodic reports regarding the job done,
Receiving customer’s compliant through electronically or physically for their any queries
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the line manager
Experience in quality assurance, in Refrigeration maintenance or related fields
Excellent interpersonal communication and problem solving skills
Expert in Cooperation & and teamwork
Quality-oriented and initiated
Understanding the operations of commercial and refrigeration cleaning procedures
Diagnosing the poor cleaning performance
Skill in Observing and understanding the equipment parts related to cleaning performance
Driving license of at least 2nd grade or compatible for the area driving with experiences.
Diploma or BA degree in a relevant field of Study, Refrigeration maintenance or related fields,
