Job Description

The role of Trainee Barista is a learning role in which the job holder will learn the rope of making hot/cold beverages and closely aid senior professionals in running the Corporate café. 

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Receive customer orders.

  • Provide necessary assistance in preparing hot and cold beverages. 

  • Assist in collection of cash and payments from customers.

  • Assist in procurement of materials required for the café. 

  • Support in management of stock materials, supplies and working equipment’s.

  • Ensure cleanness of working area, equipment’s and utensils. 

  • Perform in other duties per instruction of line manager. 

Job Requirements

  • Education Qualification: Level II or III in Hospitality Management, Food and Beverage Preparation (culinary) and in other similar disciplines.  

  • Work Experience: No work experience is required for the position.

  • Candidate who resides in Haile Garment, Lafto and in other nearby areas are preferred for the position.

  • Willing to learn 

  • Excellent communication skills.
