Purpose of the Job:  Answers inquiries in a timely manner and checks patients in for their appointments. They call patients to verify appointments, collect information and maintain filing systems. Medical Receptionists also make sure that both patients and staff times are coordinated, and ready for an appointment.

Roles and Responsibilities

 -  Identifying and pursuing hospital business opportunities, cultivating relationships with potential customers.

- A multimedia marketer which uses digital and offline marketing channels to reach hospital target.

- Analyzing marketing performance metrics, preparing reports, and making data-driven recommendations for improvement.

- Distributes promotional materials and other technical information relevant in promoting sales.

- Performs all promotional activities which are necessary in promoting sales.

- Utilize various digital marketing channels such as social media, email, and website.

- Handle all aspects of content creation, including brainstorming ideas and creating engaging content.

- Perform other duties as needed to support the marketing team and overall hospital goals

Job Requirements

Qualification: 

- BA in Marketing, Business Management or related fields.

- Minimum 4 years’ relevant experience.
