About the role

• To provide advice and build capacity of staff to support project participants and communities determine their resources, plans, actions and to ensure efficient and effective sustainable agriculture farm enterprises.

Job Requirements

About you

• Bachelors in agriculture with a specialty in any of these fields’ agronomy, extension services, environmental science, soil and water management, rural development or other related fields is essential. 

• Substantial: professional experience and expertise in sustainable agriculture is required.

• The role requires a good understanding of government agricultural and environmental policies, particularly in relation to RIE- Eth programs and other NGOs.  Practical experience in implementing Agriculture projects in the field, and the associated documentation is essential. 

• Motorcycle Driving License is required
