We are currently seeking a highly skilled Research & Data Analyst to join our team.
Position Overview:
This role plays a pivotal part in managing, analyzing, and interpreting data from diverse sources. You will leverage your expertise in survey methodologies, data collection, and IT & survey tools (ODK, Kobolt) to optimize data organization and analysis. Combining your research data analysis skills with software engineering and management knowledge, you will design and implement data-driven strategies that empower our clients' decision-making processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the Consultancy and Marketing teams to develop robust survey designs.
Conduct data collection, analyze datasets using various methodologies, and interpret results.
Manage and organize large datasets to ensure accuracy and reliability.
Utilize various data & IT applications and tools for automating data gathering and processing.
Design surveys, develop data collection methods, and maintain data integrity throughout the research process.
Prepare impactful reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.
Partner with other departments to translate data insights into strategic initiatives.
Job Requirements:
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Engineering, Data Science, Statistics, Market Research, Social Research, Business & Social Sciences, or a related field.
2 - 3 years of working experince
Strong foundation in data analysis, including survey methodologies, statistical modeling, and market/social research.
Proficiency in IT applications and data analysis tools (Excel, Python, R, SQL).
Experience with data visualization software (ODK, Kobolt, Power BI, SurveyMonkey CTO, Tableau).
Required Skills:
Skill in analyzing complex data and deriving actionable insights.
Excellent problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
