1. Compile facts, establish evidences and prepare statements in support of legal cases of the Company that need court presentations; 

2. Deliver summons and other court and police orders to the concerned persons; 

3. Review and analyze documents such as contracts, lease agreements, employment policies and other legal documents; 

4. Evaluate the facts of a case and develop legal arguments based on statutes and precedents

5. Prepare pleadings, statements of claims, defense, petitions, submissions, oaths and appeals of legal issues of  the Company;

6. Follow up legal issues of the Company under  police and other quasi-judicial organs as well as pending legal cases; 

7. Represents the Company before courts or quasi-judicial organs and tribunals;

8. Investigate, defend and follow up settlement or litigation of labor disputes;

9. Investigate and take the necessary legal action for thefts, forgeries, misappropriation of Company funds and breaches of discipline or offence, legal settlement of insurance claims on personnel injuries, liability or property damage or loss; 

Job Requirements

• BA Degree in Law (LLB)

• At least 6 - 8 Years of related experience as an Attorney in Commercial Company.

• Full time Employment

• In depth and up-to-date knowledge of Commercial Law, Labor Law, Civil and Criminal laws and other rules, regulations and proclamations of the Country 

• Excellent critical thinking, problem-solving and solution-based mentality skills

• Excellent written and oral communication skills 

• Interpersonal skills

• Strong logic and analytical skills

• Ability to remain calm in crisis and high-pressure circumstances.

• Proficiency in Computer skills
