Komari, an innovative leader in the beverage industry, known for its popular Arada hard seltzer, is currently seeking a highly skilled Senior Sales Data Analyst. This role is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting both internal and external data to inform sales and distribution strategies. This includes developing and delivering sales performance reports, providing insights into market, channel, customer, and costumer trends, opportunities and ensuring the effective implementation and monitoring of sales systems.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities 

• Oversee the collection, cleaning, and integration of sales data from diverse sources, ensuring data quality and accuracy.

• Conduct in-depth analysis of sales metrics, including revenue, growth rates, and customer segmentation, to identify trends and opportunities.

• Generate and distribute regular sales performance reports that provide actionable insights for decision-making.

• Develop and maintain robust data pipelines to ensure data consistency and reliability, enabling efficient data analysis and reporting.

• Perform comprehensive customer segmentation and churn analysis to identify high-value customers, understand their needs, and develop effective retention strategies.

• Develop accurate and reliable sales forecasts to support strategic planning and resource allocation.

• Provide data-driven insights to empower sales teams through targeted training and coaching, enhancing their performance and productivity.

• Provide actionable insights and recommendations to sales leadership and cross-functional teams, driving data-driven decision-making and optimizing sales processes.

• Automate reporting processes to improve efficiency, reduce errors, and free up time for strategic analysis.

• Design and develop visually appealing, informative, and interactive sales dashboards that provide a clear overview of key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Utilize advanced data analysis techniques to identify trends, patterns, and correlations within sales data, uncovering hidden insights and opportunities.

• Collaborate closely with sales teams to analyze performance, identify opportunities, and develop effective strategies to drive sales growth.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and advancements in data analysis and visualization tools to ensure that your skills and knowledge remain relevant.

• Be prepared to take on additional responsibilities as needed to support the team and contribute to the organization's success.

Job Requirements

Education 

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Economics, Business Analytics, Computer Science or a related field.

Experience 

• 4+ years of experience in a data analytics role, preferably within a commercial related activities

Skills

• Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python, Tableau, Power BI).

• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data sets.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively communicate findings to stakeholders.

• Attention to detail and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
