Gender: Female Only Duties & Responsibilites: - Lead the development, implementation, and regular review of financial policies, procedures, and internal control systems. - Coordinate the development of annual budgets in collaboration with program managers and the Country Director. - Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including payroll, bank reconciliations, and cash management. - Ensure organizational adherence to Ethiopian NGO laws, tax codes, IPSAS, and donor regulations. - Supervise, coach, train, mentor, and evaluate the performance of staff under direct supervision. - Oversee procurement processes in alignment with organizational and donor policies.

Bachelor's Degree or TVET Level 4 in Accounting and Finance or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Experience: 0 year for Bachelor's and 3 years for TVET Duties & Responsibilites: - Providing support to the Accounting Department. - Keeping financial records updated, preparing reports and reconciling bank statements. - He/she will also run accounting software programs (e.g. SAP) to process business transactions, like accounts payable and receivable, disbursements, expense vouchers and receipts. - Good communication skills and give attention to detail.

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Accounting and Finance or in a related field of study with Expertise in Peachtree/Sage (including online versions) and QuickBooks (including online) - Experience in NGO project data encoding, analysis, budgeting, planning, and reporting. - ACCA certification is advantageous. Scope of Work: - Training (7 days in 2025, continuous or on-demand): Coach Finance and program teams (Finance and Admin Manager, Officer, Program Director, Manager) to align administrative and program activities, fostering harmony. - Support Calls (10–15 times): Provide remote assistance to finance staff on project-related Peachtree coding and financial queries. - Examination Support: Develop and evaluate written, interview, and technical (Peachtree coding) exams for recruiting finance staff. - Deliverables: Submit technical and financial proposals, including a detailed work plan and budget.
