Job Description
Provide high-level administrative support to senior executives and company leadership.
Manage executive calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations for meetings.
Screen and manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
Coordinate and facilitate communication between executives and other departments.
Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
Assist in the planning and execution of corporate events and meetings.
Conduct research and provide background information for executive decision-making.
Manage special projects and initiatives as assigned by executives.
Anticipate and proactively address the needs of executives.
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management or related field.
Two to three years of experience.
Skills
Thorough understanding of clerical and secretarial principles.
Organizational skills and detail oriented.
Ability to work under pressure
