Job Description
Duties & Responsibilities
Provide constant supervision and ensure the safety of children in the childcare facility.
Plan and engage children in age-appropriate activities, including games, arts and crafts, storytelling, and indoor play.
Assist in educational activities and promote cognitive, emotional, and social development.
Maintain a clean and hygienic environment, including diaper changing, handwashing, and serving meals/snacks following health and safety guidelines.
Maintain open communication with parents/guardians, providing updates on children's progress and any issues that may arise.
Ensure that all safety protocols and emergency procedures are followed diligently.
Keep accurate records of attendance, incidents, and daily activities.
Also performs related duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.
Job Requirements
Education and Experience: Diploma In Nursing with 1 years of experience.
Strong communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate with a variety of stakeholders.
