Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities
Follow-up with sales team and UB agents on daily cash collection Collect & send sales orders to sales operation team.
Supports the Sales Team in the preparation of Market Execution Plans.
Communication of Sales Plan in consultation with the sales Operations Manager.
Follow up sales Plan Vs Execution and reporting of undelivered Orders. Preparation of Sales Forecast in consultation with Sales Operation Manager.
Documentation of existing and new distributors profile.
Follow up of PDC exchange.
Writes letters , manages agents’ contract and documentation.
Build up scan copy Data base for signed distributors agreement.
Any additional requests as per the business need.
Job Requirements
Degree in Business Administration, management, logistics or social Science and related field preferred.
Minimum of 2-years of related experience preferably in FMCG business.
Knowledge of Working in SAP.
Time management skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry software.
Problem-solving skills.
Detail Oriented
Excellent Customer Handling skill
