Job Description
As a key account manager responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with a companies most important clients. your primary focus is on maintaining and growing existing accounts, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving revenue.
Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with a portfolio of major clients.
Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements.
Expand relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives.
Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers promptly.
Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams.
Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and handle complaints to maintain trust.
Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships.
Identify new opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products and services to existing clients.
Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts for internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics.
A deep understanding of the manufacturing industry, including knowledge of production processes, supply chain management, and industry trends.
Strong negotiation abilities are crucial for handling complex deals, pricing discussions, and contract terms.

Academic Qualification
BSc/BA in business administration, Sales or relevant field.
Years of experience
3 + years of Proven experience as a key account manager, in sales and providing solutions.
