Job Description
Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for sales and marketing in the food industry? Moya Food Complex PLC, a leading biscuit manufacturing company in Ethiopia, is seeking a highly motivated Sales and Marketing Manager to join our team!
Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth.
Identify new market opportunities and build strong relationships with customers and distributors.
Oversee product promotions, branding, and market positioning.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine our approach.
Lead and mentor the sales and marketing team to achieve performance targets.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Location: Haile Garment Industry Area, Nefas Silk/Lafto, Addis Ababa, Ethiopia
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the food or FMCG sector.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
Familiarity with market research and data analysis.
