Job Description
Menschen fuer Menschen Foundation wishes to invite applicants for Agro-Technical & Technology College (ATTC) in Harar with the following qualification and experience:
Number required: One (1)
Salary: EURO 288.-/month
Other Benefits:
Housing Allowance Birr 500 (Five hundred Birr/month)
Medical Coverage (100%) locally.
Terms of Employment: Yearly renewable contract
Main Duties & Responsibilities
Assist lecturers and training sessions according to the respective detailed curricular requirements and contents of the College;
Prepares detailed practical lesson plans and develop up to the standard practical workshop & laboratory manuals for the courses;
Evaluates students’ practical works based on academic performances through summative and formative didactic evaluation methods.
Fully commit himself/herself to engage in other curricular or extracurricular activities given by the College.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
BSc in Manufacturing Technology
CGPA ≥ 3.25
Applicant must:
Have a minimum of proven two years or above teaching experience in practical workshop & laboratory at higher learning institutions (College/University);
Good knowledge & skill on manufacturing workshop & laboratory practical work
Provide clearance;
Have good team spirit;
Be of a good conduct and free of any addiction;
Be committed to achieve the goal of the Foundation
Language: A good command of spoken & written English
