Enterprise System Administration Support Engineer

Job Summary 

Enterprise System Administration Support Engineer is responsible to ensure the integration of various software applications, systems and technologies to ensure seamless data flow and interoperability across different work units of the Bank. In addition, the role holder is responsible for providing support to end users on system related issues. 

Job Requirements

Academic & Professional Qualification

 Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Information System, Software Engineering or any other equivalent field         

 Professional ICT qualifications like JAVA, Web Logic, Web Sphere, SQL, PLSQL, UNIX, MCSE is an added advantage 

Experience

 At least six (6) years’ experience in system integration & support engineering

Required Technical Competency

 Knowledge and experience in application development and deployments.

 Proven experience in systems analysis, design, implementation, Deployment and support

 Proven knowledge of banking operations, operations in business units and business impact analysis.

 Working knowledge of programming language JAVA, HTML/XML.

 Technical skills to effectively perform system administration, systems analysis, business needs analysis, troubleshooting and deliver structured solutions in a manner that consistently produces a high quality of service.

 Development experience including Menu, Version, Enquiries

 Project management skills.
