Duties & Responsibilites: - Lead design and development of complex medical devices, instrumentation or assays - Set research road-maps, evaluate new biomaterials, sensors and digital health integration - Act as department expert on sophisticated analytical platforms; troubleshoot and authorise results in high-stakes diagnostics (e.g., haematology, imaging, implantables) - Oversee validation of software/AI components, ensure data integrity and cybersecurity of connected devices - Manage multidisciplinary project teams; mentor junior engineers/scientists; run performance reviews and training programmes Required Skills: - Able to deal with suppliers and select medical equipment’s for import. - Able to fill and submit medical equipment tenders. - Able to give medical equipment maintenance for customers.
