Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage daily payments with coding and categorizing each cost per project properly
• Ensuring the accuracy of financial documents, as well as their compliance with relevant laws and regulations
• Develop Strong communication skills essential, as you will interact with customers and Banks. 
• Preparing and maintaining important financial reports. 
• Prepare monthly government taxes summary’s. 
• Preparing tax returns and ensuring that taxes are paid properly and on time.
• Evaluating financial operations to recommend best practices, identify issues and strategize solutions, and help organizations run efficiently.
• Offering guidance on cost reduction, revenue enhancement, and profit maximization 
• Develop skills in Payment Methods to Vendors (LC/CAD/TT) and release proper documentation reports weekly basis.
• Participate in preparing cash projections for projects operational costs and budget variance in collaboration with the team.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance. 
• Minimum of 1 year proven experience.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environments. 
• Adaptable to change and committed to continuous learning and improvement.
• Ability to work well in a team, collaborate effectively, and communicate clearly through reporting and presentations 
• Knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Familiarity with financial statements and reporting. 
• Proficiency in accounting software and tools (e.g., Sage 300, Excel). 
• Familiarity with data-driven decision-making. 
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. 
• Ethical conduct and integrity in handling financial information
