Job Description
The Director of Core Banking and Digital Channel Management is responsible for overseeing the operational management of core banking systems, and digital channels. This includes ensuring system availability, performance monitoring, incident management, and coordinating with internal stakeholders to support business operations. This position is also responsible for managing the smooth operation of different critical back-office applications such as ERP, CRM, etc., and in-house developed applications. This position plays a key role in optimizing customer experiences, operational efficiency, and overall system reliability.
Job Requirements
Education:
Masters'/MBA/M.Sc. Degree in ICT, Computer Science, Information Systems, Project Management, MBA, or any other relevant field or Bachelor's/ B.Sc. Degree in ICT, Computer Science, Information Systems, Project Management, MBA, or any other relevant field
Experience:
At least 8 years of banking experience with 4 years experience as Director/Division Manager or Equivalent/ At least 10 years of banking experience with 4/3 years’ experience as Director/Division Manager or / Equivalent
