Duties & Responsibilities

Job Requirements
6+ years of HR leadership experience, ideally in a factory or FMCG environment.
A proven track record of driving talent management, culture evolution, and organizational growth.
Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, and compliance
Experience leading teams through change and growth — you’re a master at scaling HR functions.
Stellar communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills.
