Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties and Responsibilities: - Coordinate and manage the full cycle of import and export processes including customs clearance, freight forwarding, and delivery. - Ensure accurate and timely preparation and submission of shipping documentation (invoices, packing lists, bill of lading, COO, etc.). - Liaise with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and regulatory bodies to facilitate smooth clearance of goods. - Ensure compliance with international trade laws, Ministry of Health (MoH), EFDA (Ethiopian Food and Drug Authority), and customs regulations. - Obtain necessary import permits, registration certificates, and pre-import approvals for medical devices. - Maintain updated records of all relevant licenses, permits, and certifications.
