Awash Bank, Ethiopia’s pioneering private bank, was established on November 10, 1994 after the downfall of the socialist regime. The Bank was established by 486 founding shareholders with a paid-up capital of Birr 24.2 million and started banking operations on Feb. 13, 1995.

Job Requirements
Qualification & Experience : BSc Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Technology, Management, Project Management and Architecture or related field plus a minimum of ten (10) years’ experience in project management with a focus on high-rise buildings and large-scale construction projects.
– MA/MSc Degree is an added advantage.
– PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent project management certification is preferred
The jobholder is responsible for managing all phases of the project, from initial study to project completion. She/he handles land acquisition and preparation, feasibility study, client requirements analysis, geotechnical investigation management, design program development, conceptual and detailed engineering design, and budget and schedule management. S/he collaborates with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, within budget and adhering to quality standards and regulatory requirements
