Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Accountant to join our finance team. The Accountant will be responsible for overseeing and managing the financial activities of the organization, ensuring compliance with accounting principles and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent analytical skills, and a deep understanding of accounting principles and practices.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.

  • Analyze financial data and provide insights and recommendations to management for improving financial performance.

  • Ensure compliance with accounting principles, standards, and regulations.

  • Oversee the preparation and filing of tax returns, ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations.

  • Prepare monthly employee salary/payroll as per the company procedure.

  • Manage and reconcile general ledger accounts, ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial records.

  • Notify the company's sales and purchase value added tax, employment tax, pension contribution withholding tax through the online tax system.

  • Monitor and analyze financial transactions and reports, identifying and resolving discrepancies or issues.

  • Develop and implement accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure financial integrity.

  • Collaborate with internal and external auditors during financial audits and reviews.

  • Stay updated on changes in accounting standards and regulations, and implement necessary changes to ensure compliance.

  • Meet regular plan and report deadlines

  • Comply with the company policies and procedures

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

  • Proven experience as a Senior Accountant or similar role, with at least 2-3 years of relevant accounting experience.

  • In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and regulations.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail.

  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office, particularly Excel.

Required Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

  • Experience with financial statement preparation, analysis, and reporting.

  • Knowledge of tax laws and regulations, including experience with tax preparation and filing.

  • Familiarity with ERP systems and other financial software is a plus.
