The Digital Banking Innovation Manager is responsible for driving innovation and creativity within the digital banking sector. This role involves developing and implementing strategies to enhance digital banking products, services, and processes. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, be a creative thinker, and possess excellent communication and project management abilities.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Developing new digital products and services
- Researching and implementing advanced digital technologies
- The use of data analytics to enhancing customer experience
- Digital market research and trend analysis
- Collaboration and engagement with external partners
- Continuous improvement of the Bank’s digital environment
Job Requirements
Required Qualification:
MSC, MA, BSC, BA Accounting, Banking & Finance, Business Management, Economics, MIS, IT or related fields of study
Required Experience:
9 years of experience in relevant position in the banking industry of which 2 years Principal Digital Banking Innovation Officer, Principal Digital Channels Officer, Principal Mobile & Internet Banking Officer or equivalent position
