Job Description
Duties
Plans, organizes, schedules and coordinates all the legal issues and cases of the corporate office and business units.
Provides legal interpretations and opinion on relevant national legislations that might affect the company.
Ensures that the policies, rules and regulations developed by the company and business units are coherent with existing laws.
Drafts, revises and reviews the company’s and business units’ contracts with third parties.
Represents the company and the business units in the court of law in legal matters.
Handles all matters that require legal expertise inputs to the company.
Reviews and comments on large purchase contracts.
Generates periodic reports regarding the Unit’s performance.
Performs other similar tasks as assigned by his immediate supervisor
Job Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Law
3 years' experience for Diploma & 2 years' experience for Degree holders
