On behalf of our client, we are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Professional with 6 months to 3 years of experience, preferably in the lubricant and spare parts industry. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills in English, and proficiency in Afan Oromo is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.

• Identify and pursue sales opportunities within the lubricant and spare parts sector.

• Conduct market research to understand trends and customer needs.

• Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials.

• Provide exceptional customer service and support.

Job Requirement

• 6 months to 3 years of sales experience, preferably in lubricants or spare parts.

• Strong communication skills in English;

• Proficiency in Afan Oromo is advantageous.

• Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

• Willing to go on a business trip outside to Addis Ababa
