Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide prompt and accurate information regarding the bank’s products and services.

  • Listen to customers’ inquiries, concerns, and requests.

  • Process withdrawals and cash disbursements accurately.

  • Verify customer signatures and identification documents for transaction authorization.

  • Issue bank statements, checkbooks, and debit cards to customers.

  • Complete all necessary documentation and paperwork for customer transactions.

  • Perform foreign currency exchange transactions based on customer requests.

  • Carries out other duties as assigned.

Job Requirement

  • Qualification: BA Degree in Accounting/Finance/Banking and Finance /Management/Economics or other related fields.

  • Minimum Requirements

  • CGPA – 3.0 or above.

  • Graduation Year – 2023/24

  • Experience – 0 years

  • Age – below 30.

  • NB: Deadline to is November 04, 2024.

  • Position – Junior Customer Service Officer

  • Duty Station – Under Jimma Area Office Branches.
