Duties and Responsibilities
Provide prompt and accurate information regarding the bank’s products and services.
Listen to customers’ inquiries, concerns, and requests.
Process withdrawals and cash disbursements accurately.
Verify customer signatures and identification documents for transaction authorization.
Issue bank statements, checkbooks, and debit cards to customers.
Complete all necessary documentation and paperwork for customer transactions.
Perform foreign currency exchange transactions based on customer requests.
Carries out other duties as assigned.
Job Requirement
Qualification: BA Degree in Accounting/Finance/Banking and Finance /Management/Economics or other related fields.
Minimum Requirements
CGPA – 3.0 or above.
Graduation Year – 2023/24
Experience – 0 years
Age – below 30.
