PhD or Masters Degree in Law, Political Science, Human Rights, Project Management, Management or in a related field of study with relevant work experience, out of which 4 years’ experience in a leadership position Duties and Responsibilities - Leads, supervises, and supports the employees of the regional office under his/her supervision.  - Ensure the employees under his/her supervision are discharging their responsibilities and ensure their performance is evaluated on timely basis.  - Puts in place and oversees processes to identify, develop solutions and act upon operational and financial problems in consultation with Board.
