Essential Function

• Lead, mentor, and manage the team of Senior Business Analysts to ensure high-quality research, analysis, and reporting.

• Oversee the preparation of market research reports, business case development for new business engagements;

• Guide the team in identifying new market opportunities, emerging technologies, and competitive threats that could influence the bank’s strategic positioning.

• Provide clear directions, performance feedback, and professional development opportunities to the team.

• Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the team.

• Align the team’s analytical output with the bank’s strategic priorities, particularly in innovation, market expansion, and financial products development.

• Prepare and present detailed reports on market trends, new business engagements, and strategic project outcomes to Enat Innovative Idea Proposing Team (EIIPT);

• Engage in other duties assigned by Innovative Team (EIIPT);

• Perform other duties as required.

Skills and Competencies:

• Understanding the global ,domestic macroeconomic issues that affect the bank industry;

• Proven experience in leading high-performing teams ;

• Strong analytical, research, and financial modeling skills.

• Deep understanding of banking, financial regulations, financial technology developments, and market dynamics.

Job Requirement

• MA/BA in Business, Economics, Finance, or related fields with 5.5/7.5 years of experience in financial analysis, strategic planning, or market analysis, with at least 2 years as a team leader.
