Job Description
As the Deputy Customer Service Manager at GIFT Real Estate, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer experience by supporting the Customer Service Manager in leading a team of customer service representatives. You will ensure that client inquiries are addressed promptly and professionally, contributing to the overall success of our real estate operations.
Team Leadership:
Assist in managing the customer service team, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Monitor team performance, providing feedback and coaching to improve service levels.
Customer Interaction:
Address escalated customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolutions.
Build strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and satisfaction.
Operational Support:
Help develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to improve efficiency and customer experience.
Analyze customer feedback and trends to identify areas for improvement in service delivery.
Reporting and Analysis:
Prepare regular reports on customer service metrics, highlighting trends and areas for improvement.
Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and enhance the customer experience.
Training and Development:
Assist in onboarding and training new customer service team members.
Organize ongoing training sessions to keep the team updated on real estate trends and customer service best practices.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field preferred with the Minimum of 3-5 years of working experience in customer service, out of which least 1 year in a supervisory role, preferably in real estate or a related industry.
Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and conflict resolution skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
