Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Social Science, Business, or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties & Responsibilities: - Assist in situation analysis studies and contribute to program design; ensure data collection, analysis, and documentation of learnings; evaluate project impact and efficiency; - Implement complaint and feedback mechanisms.  - Coordinate with program teams and partner staff; ensure quality assurance and continuous learning.

Master's Degree in Public Health, Communication For Development, Social/Behavioral Sciences, Health Promotion or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties and Responsibilities: - Provide strategic technical leadership in the design, planning, and implementation of SBC/RCCE activities to strengthen national preparedness and response to the mpox outbreak and other health emergencies. - Lead the development and execution of SBC/RCCE strategies and implementation plans that address risk behaviors and contributing factors related to mpox and similar public health threats. - Oversee the design and delivery of comprehensive, multi-layered SBC/RCCE interventions that are evidence-based, community-driven, and aligned with national emergency response strategies.

Bachelor's Degree in Social Science, Gender Studies, Development Studies, Rural Development or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties and Responsibilities: - Builds staff and key partners’ capacity on gender and community service-focused program quality.  - Conduct capacity assessment and based on the results, prepare plans pertinent to the findings in the gender lens.  - Lead and organize the customer satisfaction forum tool facilitation in the project implementation area. 

Bachelor's Degree in Social Sciences, community accountability monitoring and evaluation, international development, communications, or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties & Responsibilities: - Ensure their program has at least three active, context-appropriate feedback channels informed by community preferences and following proper procedures. - Conduct community engagement, sensitization, and distribution of IEC materials across all intervention sites. - Collect feedback received via different feedback available channels, such as through the hotline number, face-to-face (help desk), and suggestion boxes in all intervention sites, and ensure documentation of all feedback in the CARM database

Master's Degree in Social Work, Development Studies, Public Health, Management or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties and Responsibilities: - Develop and articulate a comprehensive vision for exemplary orphanage programs, ensuring holistic well-being and long-term healthy development of children. - Formulate and implement strategic approaches for creating and maintaining impactful and sustainable programs for vulnerable children and women in resource-constrained settings. - Drive innovation in program design and delivery.
