Exact Trading PLC is seeking a skilled Dispatcher to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will coordinate and oversee the daily logistics of our shipments, ensuring timely and efficient delivery. If you are highly organized, communicate effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you! we need to hire 200 applicant  in a fixed term contract . any applicant who have  experience in dispatching will took first place  .

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule shipments, ensuring efficient route planning.

• Track and monitor shipments to ensure on-time delivery.

• Communicate with drivers and update customers on delivery status.

• Resolve issues related to delays or changes in schedule.

• Maintain accurate records and documentation of all dispatch activities.

• Collaborate with team members to improve logistics processes.

Job Requirement

• Proven experience in a dispatcher or similar logistics role.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively.

• Proficiency in logistics software or willingness to learn.
