Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities
Collaborate with HR teams to develop and execute HR strategies that align with the organization's overall goals and objectives.
Advise on HR matters to district employees on employee relations matters, performance management, talent acquisition, and retention strategies.
Assist in conducting investigations and handling complex employee relations issues.
Guide employee disciplinary actions and terminations, ensuring adherence to legal requirements and best practices.
Stay up-to-date with employment laws, regulations, and industry best practices to ensure the company's compliance with all relevant legal requirements.
Work closely with the legal department to identify potential risks and provide guidance on minimizing legal exposure.
Assist in drafting and reviewing employment contracts, policies, and other legal documents.
Support the legal department in handling employment-related litigation and disputes.
Collaborate with HR and legal teams to develop, implement, and update company policies and procedures on the district level.
Identify potential legal risks and provide proactive solutions to mitigate them.
Assist in creating risk management strategies related to employee-related legal matters.
Also performs related duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.
Job Requirements
Degree in LLB Law with 3 years of experience.
Strong communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate with a variety of stakeholders.
